Please do not upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.0. Since IE 7.0 is a recommended security upgrade you will be prompted to install this software during normal Microsoft Updates. The update will ask your permission to install IE 7.0. Please say no to this prompt and call support for further instructions. Internet Explorer the newest browser release from Microsoft is causing major problems with the Aloha Credit Card software. Symptoms of these problems are failure to complete the batch process and duplicate charges to customers. Since Microsoft release this product in November POS Solutions support has seen an increase in credit card related support calls. All users are encouraged to not allow this upgrade to take place on their back office machines. POS Solutions support personnel can assist you in excluding this update from the Microsoft update process.
